Cincinnati OBS 75 Retrofit

The goal of this project was to replicate the original manufacture's design to the best of our ability to easy the operators transition to the new control system.  We were able to utilize the existing machine enclosure and designed the new control panel to fit and function with up-to-date components. Using a Micrologix 1400 PLC and PanelView 800 we were able to eliminate the outdated control system on the press and return the machine to a fully functional state.
